Aweber is trying to keep up with us, so after introducing the “import list without sending a confirmation message”, now they allow us to gather subscribers using 3rd party api’s without having them double opt-in.

Once you have done this you can do pretty much anything: use jvzoo api, lead pages, optin monster, even Facebook registration.

But they need to change settings manually on their end for this to work.

Single Opt-In Via Their API For Aweber

There is no button you can push to remove this at the moment. What you need to do is to send them a ticket or via chat and include the following information:

  1. List Name
  2. Landing Page
